Metabolomix+ Included with F/S
The Metabolomix+ is a unique combination of nutritional tests that provides an analysis of key nutritional biomarkers. A first morning void (FMV) urine collection, with optional add-on bloodspot finger stick and buccal swab, the Metabolomix+ nutritional test is a non-invasive, patient-friendly way to assess the functional need for antioxidants, B-vitamins, minerals, digestive support, fatty acids, and amino acids. Insights gained from the Metabolomix+ nutritional test allows clinicians to target nutritional therapies to meet your precise nutrition needs.
Once the results of this test come in then I will personally review and provide detailed feedback on your next steps.

Meet Your Teacher
I am just like you. I have tried too many diets (from counting macros to clean eating), restricted my intake, battled my metabolism, and had crappy workouts. I used to place my worth in my body size and cared too much about what other people thought of me.
After improving my body composition and exercise performance while finally understanding the foods that work for me, I've helped my 1:1 and group clients do the same. I am here to help you understand nutrition, how all foods can fit, and lead you to your healthiest, most abundant life while growing confident in your body and life.
