ABOUT THE PROGRAM
This is the signature group program taught by Kylie Yanow, Registered Dietitian & Personal Trainer. The program combines credible professional advice from an expert dietitian, along with practical applications and personal experience from someone who knows what it's like to suffer with not knowing what to eat or how to exercise and where to start.
This program will give you a plan to follow so that you can build a better life around food and exercise.
After only 2 weeks in the program, you will be able to adjust your mindset around nutrition and fitness from all or nothing to all or something (hellooo growth mindset). You’ll realize what habits and thoughts are keeping you stuck and hindering you from reaching your goals.
After 4 weeks, you’ll understand the components of a balanced plate and how to truly boost your metabolism WITHOUT restriction. You’ll understand your metabolism, how it works, what supports it, what hinders it from functioning well. You will be confident in your ability to build healthy meals that SUPPORT YOU and YOUR GOALS. And the best part is, it's not overwhelming or time consuming counting calories.
After 6 weeks in the program, you’ll understand HOW to exercise to support your metabolism (no burpees required). You will understand how and why you should build muscle along with getting a 8 week training program to support you (you get access when you register!) You’ll also learn how to move your body outside of exercise and what role that plays in metabolic flexibility.
After 8 weeks, you’ll have fully rewired your brain and unlearned the diet culture thrown at you as a tween. Your mindset around food will be forever changed. Your plate will be transformed. And your exercise regimen will support you. You’ll also get to understand how sleep, stress and gut health play a major role outside of nutrition & exercise.
