Inside the Membership

  • Fueled & Fit Course: A self-paced course to help you build a strong nutrition & fitness foundation—think fueling strategies, balanced plate templates, and confidence around food choices.

  • Weekly Meal Plan Ideas: Simple, delicious, high-protein, high-fiber, and calorie-conscious recipes designed to keep you full and energized—no macro math required.

  • Monthly Strength Training Program: Delivered through the Everfit app with progressive workouts you can do at home or in the gym. Expect smart, strength-focused programming—not random workouts.

  • Monthly Group Coaching Call: Connect with your coach (that’s me!) and fellow members for motivation, check-ins, and mini workshops on topics like metabolism, motivation, and meal prep.

  • Private Community Group Chat: Because wellness is easier (and more fun) when you’re not doing it alone. Daily prompts, weekly or monthly challenges, and meaningful conversations that keep you inspired.

After just a few weeks inside, you'll start to:

Meet Your Teacher

I am just like you. I have tried too many diets (from counting macros to clean eating), restricted my intake, battled my metabolism, and had crappy workouts. I used to place my worth in my body size and cared too much about what other people thought of me. 

After improving my body composition and exercise performance while finally understanding the foods that work for me, I've helped my 1:1 and group clients do the same. I am here to help you understand nutrition, how all foods can fit, and lead you to your healthiest, most abundant life while growing confident in your body and life. 

I help clients who are confused with their diet and exercise routine grow confident in their choices, understand their metabolism, overcome confusion around meal planning, and re-center their exercise routine. I'm honored you're here and want to finally change your ways for GOOD.
