How to work with Kylie
1. Apply
Fill out a short application to ensure you qualify for coaching! I want to ensure first and foremost that working together will be valuable to you.
2. Discovery Call
If you qualify for coaching, we will hop on a quick 20-30 minute phone or zoom call to make sure it’s a good fit and hear more about your journey and goals! This call is free and you don’t have to commit to anything!
3. Enroll
After our call, I’ll enroll you in the appropriate program for you.

If you enroll in 1:1 Coaching - I will send you forms to get us started with details about your medical, nutrition and exercise history. Once those are filled out then we schedule your onboarding call and take off from there!

If you enroll in Fueled & Fit Membership, once I enroll you everything automatically enrolls. You’ll fill out a few forms so I can learn about you and I will manually enter you into Everfit, the strength training program. Once I manually do that then you are enrolled and have access to everything!

So many of us grew up in an era where women's health and wellness goals were not supported. And here we are now, wiser and better equipped to care for our bodies, yet many of us are still struggling to put these advantages into practice. I am here to support you so you don't have to struggle alone any more.

As a registered dietitian and personal trainer, I have worked in various roles from clinical dietitian to personal trainer and I see similar problems between patients and clients in every realm. I see busy moms and/or professionals looking for effective ways to improve their relationship around food and fitness. They’re looking for simple and sustainable ways to nourish and move their body that aren’t time consuming or labor intensive. I am here to help you with that.


Navigating new practices
I am here to help if this is your first time digging into nutrition or fitness or both. I want to guide you to be comfortable, confident and empowered to be able to make sustainable choices to nourish and move your body. I want you to feel accepted for who you are and allow me to help you grow.
I support women all across the spectrum by combining the knowledge bases and practices of health at every size, intuitive eating, and food freedom. My wide area of expertise means I am equipped to guide you in nearly any phase of your journey towards food freedom and fueling your best life.


Gaining confidence in how you care for yourself.
I know what it feels like to have your thoughts consumed by food rules, diets, and tracking apps. You become exhausted, on-edge, and feeling like a failure but knowing you are meant to be and do so much more.
Just imagine the version of yourself who can get over this food problem that is currently lurking in every corner of your life and draining your energy. Luckily, I also know how amazing it can feel to leave that lifestyle behind, which is why I am obsessed with teaching women how to achieve food freedom and body peace.
