Initial 1:1 Consultation
A fully individualized plan designed around your goals.
We'll work together towards the goals you prioritize, whether that is building muscle, losing fat, balancing hormones, improving energy, or rebuilding your relationship with food.
Our first 60-minute meeting will be the chance to get to know one another and learn how I can help you meet your goals. We'll discuss your medical history, diet history, current dietary and lifestyle habits. Then we explore your personal nutrition goals. Tailored recommendations based on my nutritional assessment and your current lifestyle habits will be provided along with a summary of our plan and informative applicable resources.

follow up sessions
Offered in 30 or 60 minute sessions, we'll meet monthly via zoom.
You'll have the support you need to make your goals into your reality.
During follow up sessions, we will reflect on your progress towards short-term goals and reassess your nutritional needs. Together, we will make a plan for any challenges you have faced along the way and develop new strategies you can use to reach your personal nutrition and lifestyle goals. I will provide education and additional tools and support that set you up for success including recipes, product recommendations, food journal review and information resources.

Fueled & Fit 1:1 Coaching
This is the best way to learn exactly what your body needs, and how to actually get it for yourself. Work with me for 4 weeks on an in-depth and individualized program built just for you and your goals. With my coaching you'll have support in everything from meal prep to mindset work, all mapped out in a week to week plan for a healthier happier you.

Continued 1:1 Support
This coaching is meant to keep you accountable and moving forward on your nutrition and wellness path. You'll have one to one sessions with me, customized to your on-going goals, based on your personal needs. Your program will be built just for you, whether you're working on nutrition, exercise, lifestyle, or anything else covered in MMM.

In-Person Personal Training
Personal training combines intentional strength training with a sustainable approach to movement. Sessions are available in 30 or 60 minute options and can be completed individually, with a partner, or in a small group. Each workout is designed to support muscle growth, metabolic health, and long term consistency.

Fueled & Fit
Inside this monthly membership community, you can fuel smarter, train stronger, and feel fully supported on your health journey. It's not a quick fix or a crazy new trend.
