Fueled & Fit is a monthly membership community where women come to fuel smarter, train stronger, and feel fully supported on their health journey.

This isn’t a quick-fix program or a 30-day challenge you forget by week 2. This is your space to build real consistency through balanced meals, strength training, and powerful support from women just like you.

 

You’ll get the tools, structure, and accountability to make meaningful progress—without perfection, extremes, or guilt.


Inside the Membership

  • Fueled & Fit Course: A self-paced course to help you build a strong nutrition & fitness foundation—think fueling strategies, balanced plate templates, and confidence around food choices.

  • Weekly Meal Plan Ideas: Simple, delicious, high-protein, high-fiber, and calorie-conscious recipes designed to keep you full and energized—no macro math required. My goal here is to help you fall in love with cooking, making your energy levels predictable and see results from exercise that comes from being properly fueled!

    • Done for you meal plan that helps you get 100+ grams of protein + 30+ grams of fiber

    • Recipes that aren’t 10000 ingredients. They take minimal time & effort to make + include nutrition facts for ease

    • Done for you grocery lists & DIY planning tools to help you get organized + consistent

    • Focus on whole foods, simplicity, and FLAVOR. No chicken, broccoli & rice without sauce + seasoning

  • Monthly Strength Training Program: Delivered through the Everfit app with progressive workouts you can do at home or in the gym. Expect smart, strength-focused programming—not random workouts.

  • Monthly Group Coaching Call: Connect with your coach (that’s me!) and fellow members for motivation, check-ins, and mini workshops on topics like metabolism, motivation, and meal prep.

  • Private Community Group Chat: Because wellness is easier (and more fun) when you’re not doing it alone. Daily prompts, weekly or monthly challenges, and meaningful conversations that keep you inspired.


After a few weeks inside the membership...

  • Build meals with ease and confidence (no more “what should I eat?” panic)

  • Understand how to eat for energy, strength, and body composition

  • Follow a strength training program that actually delivers results - 3 days per week at 30 or 60 minutes!
