The Confident AthlEAT Academy is a comprehensive, self-paced program designed to help athletes fuel their bodies for peak performance. Through six in-depth modules, participants will gain a deeper understanding of macronutrients, performance plates, personalized fueling plans, hydration strategies, supplement safety, and more.
