"I was experiencing IBS symptoms and a lot of discomfort bloating along with weight gain before getting personal training. The training helped me develop muscle and feel more energized, but I was still struggling to lose fat and was still having some IBS issues. When we worked together, I was able to get a better picture of why other forms of diet and weight loss weren’t working, what my body really needed to feel good and achieve its best, and how to enjoy food without feeling guilt or shame. In the three to four months I’ve implemented eating recommendations and started doing two workout sets three days each week and cardio the other two days. I have felt even stronger and better and my IBS symptoms have completely disappeared!"
