Meet Kylie
As a registered dietitian and certified personal trainer, Kylie has worked in clinics, gyms, kitchens and homes. Working with parents, professionals, and all kinds of busy people, the one consistent goal is always to bring healthy options within reach.
Why nutrition and fitness?
I started as a Registered Dietitian to bring approachable nutrition to people. Often times, people try to achieve the big areas of nutrition without focusing on the basics. We can't really go anywhere without knowing the basics so I love bridging that gap. As I progressed in my career, I noticed a similar experience in the world of movement and exercise, therefore I sought out to become a Certified Personal Trainer to create a world where exercise doesn't have to be daunting and scary.
Meet Kylie
We are all individuals and even if we ate or exercised in the same manner we'd still be different. I want to honor those differences and work with YOU to create a life where you feel value and honor in what you do in regards to your health and wellness.
As women, we often compare and compete with other women, but why?
My approach is individualized to each person to create a framework that works for them where they are now and where they'd like to see themselves. My sessions are all encompassing as we focus on nutrition, fitness, and mindset/mental health. I provide a collaborative and empathetic approach to nutrition and fitness. Together, we create a well rounded and growth minded program to individualize each persons overall goals.
I want nutrition and fitness to be approachable, and I'd love for it to be a goal that's faced with confidence. What that means for the people who work with me is to move past their fears and the falsehoods they've accepted in nutrition and fitness. I understand that not all of us are accustomed to asking for help, and many of us feel uncomfortable accepting support. But when you're ready I'm here to answer that call and be the support you need to move forward with health and wellness.
When we set goals and look into your “why” I like to use a collaborative approach. I will ask you to do some work to really get to the root cause of your “why”. This collaborative approach brings in a grounded and empathetic starting point. We clearly understand what made you ask for help and we can transform you into someone you know and accept. We use these “why” statements throughout to grow in your mindset and push forward to achieve your goals.
