About Me

Hi there and welcome!! I’m Kylie, a Registered Dietitian and Certified Personal Trainer who is passionate about helping women and athletes feel confident in their bodies, energized in their routines, and grounded in their wellness habits.

Over the years, I’ve worked in clinics, gyms, schools, and kitchens coaching everyone from student-athletes to busy professionals. My goal is simple: to make healthy living approachable because fueling your body and moving it well shouldn’t feel confusing or complicated.

A Little About Me

When I’m not coaching clients or teaching nutrition, you can usually find me outside, lifting weights, or cooking something simple but delicious (tacos are a personal favorite). My husband and I have created a chaotic and crazy family built with four kids and two dogs. We love exploring our home of Cincinnati with local coffee shops, local food and more.

Here’s a little rapid fire of random things about me:

  • I love house projects but I’m more intimated by painting a wall plain then I am painting a pattern. A friend of mine helped me repaint all of our bathrooms recently and because I can’t sit still I finished painting a pattern on a wall in our family room.

  • I grew up thinking I’d be a professional soccer player BUT freshman year of high school I tore ligaments in my knee and didn’t take my rehab seriously so I never returned to sport. This is also a major part of me WHY.

  • I grew up with my aunt and uncle starting in highschool because my parents were killed a car crash. So, technically I only have one sibling but I also count the cousins I grew up with as my siblings.

  • My aunt (TT) is one of the major reasons I do what I do, she is a phenomenal cook and baker and I grew up with the best relationship with food because of her.

  • When I was younger I played soccer and basketball. My husband played football, basketball and baseball. We’re letting our kids test out sports to see which fits them.

  • I LOVE being outside. This weather we have here in Cincinnati right now is so slowly - cool weather but the sun is shining. I love walking the dogs and calming myself.

  • I listen to about 100 different varieties of music - right now my playlists are Leon Bridges, Taylor Swift, 2000’s hip hop + R&B and some Jordan Davis. I LOVE music, while alive my dad was in a band and I think that helped me love all different genres of music.

  • Our family is big, again I am bad at sitting still and enjoying peace so we had four kids in five years. Yep, everyone is about 18 months apart. Then, when we were finished having kids and my husband was coaching, we decided to adopt a puppy.

  • My husband and I met when we were 12 but didn't start dating until we were almost 21.

  • My favorite exercises are the romanian deadlift, a class side plank, and a lat pulldown.

  • I am obsessed with what I do. I find my job is privilege and I can’t wait to share more with you now that I’ll be blogging. In undergrad, we had to create a dream job and blogging was mine SO LET’S GO!

Why I Do What I Do

I became a dietitian because I saw how much frustration and misinformation existed around food. People were trying to overhaul their entire diet overnight, but missing the simple foundations that actually lead to change.

Then I noticed the same thing in fitness,  movement felt intimidating or out of reach for so many. So I became a personal trainer to bridge the gap between nutrition and exercise and show people that both can be empowering when you approach them from a place of understanding, not perfection.

My Philosophy

I don’t believe in cookie-cutter plans or “one-size-fits-all” programs. Even if two people eat and train the same way, their results and their experiences will be completely different.

That’s why my approach is rooted in individualization. I’ll help you learn what your body needs, and how to fuel and train in a way that actually supports your goals, lifestyle, and mindset.

My work is guided by five key values:

  • Empathy - Meeting you where you are.

  • Acceptance -  Removing shame and judgment from health.

  • Growth Mindset - Progress over perfection.

  • Groundedness - Keeping wellness simple and sustainable.

  • Collaboration - Working together, not dictating.

What It’s Like to Work With Me

When you work with me, we’ll start by finding your “why” -  what drives you, what you’ve tried before, and what you really want out of your health journey.

From there, we’ll build a roadmap that blends nutrition, movement, and mindset  because true wellness happens when all three are aligned.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Fuel for strength and energy (not just calorie counts)

  • Move in ways that support your goals

  • Build consistency without obsession

  • Feel confident in your body again

My goal is for you to walk away feeling clear, capable, and in control not dependent on me or any program.

Let’s Connect

If you’re ready to feel stronger, more energized, and more confident in how you eat and move,  I’d love to connect.
